Conservatives took to social media this week to criticize Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett for her statements on President Trump, calling him a “enemy to the United States” and stating that he is “occupying the White House.”
“Unfortunately, we have someone occupying the White House, and as far as I’m concerned, he is an enemy to the United States,” Crockett said on MSNBC on Sunday. “I don’t know what it’s going to take to get people to wake up.”
She went on to call Trump a “dictator” during her appearance on cable TV, the Texas representative said.
Conservatives swiftly countered Crockett’s claims on social media.
Laura Ingraham of HeadlinesForever said on X, “It almost sounds like this ‘defender of democracy’ would support an insurrection.”
“When are we going to hold members of Congress accountable for their words and actions?” X was posted by Carol Swain, a retired professor.
“This is some horrible election denier stuff,” ex-Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) writes on X.
“Keep losing elections and continue this leaderless, tired charade,” Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Oklahoma) wrote on X.
A Red State writer named Bonchie said on X that the candidate will be running in 2028.
According to a conservative influencer account called Gunther Eagleman, “Jasmine Crockett labeled Trump as an enemy of America while simultaneously saying she doesn’t understand anything that’s going on” (X). “She’s really this dumb.”
Trump is “the unquestioned leader of the Democratic Party,” as CNN pundit Scott Jennings put it on X. “Keep going!”
Breaking NewsForever Digital did not immediately receive a response from Crockett’s office when they contacted out for comment.
After publicly rejecting Trump’s policies and Elon Musk’s DOGE initiatives, Crockett rose to prominence as a leading Democratic Party figure.
Recently, Crockett caused quite a stir online after telling a reporter outside the United States Capitol, “F— off,” if she could tell Musk anything, it would be that.
