Trump’s Alleged Role in Michigan Electors Probe Revealed…

On Wednesday, an investigator testified that the Michigan attorney general’s investigation into the efforts to void the state’s 2020 election includes former president Donald Trump as an unindicted accomplice.

According to the investigator, former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, who was the chief of staff during Trump’s presidency, and Jenna Ellis, who was Trump’s campaign counsel, are among the unindicted co-conspirators.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has accused several alleged electors during her investigation into efforts to rig the state’s 2020 election, and the new information was revealed during their pretrial hearing in Lansing.

Last July, Nessel, a Democrat, brought charges against sixteen impostor Republican electors from Michigan. In December, HEADLINESFOREVER stated that the probe seemed to be growing and was still ongoing. In return for the dismissal of the accusations, one of the individuals accused had already consented to assist with the prosecutors representing Nessel. All fifteen of the remaining defendants have entered not guilty pleas.

On Wednesday, the defense counsel for one of the false electors asked special agent Howard Shock, a key investigator in Nessel’s investigation, to identify whether there are particular individuals who are conspirators. When the attorney inquired about Trump, Meadows, Giuliani, and Ellis, Shock nodded in agreement.

No charges have been filed in Michigan against Trump, Giuliani, Meadows, or Ellis. The massive 2020 election meddling case in Georgia led to their indictment. While everyone but Ellis have denied involvement, Ellis did plead guilty last year.

Upon asked, a representative from Nessel’s office declined to comment on the revelation at this time. A representative from HEADLINESFOREVER has contacted the legal teams of Trump, Meadows, and Ellis.

“The continued weaponization of our justice system should concern all Michiganders and Americans,” stated Ted Goodman, a spokesman for Giuliani.

Last summer, the individual fraudulent electors were charged with felonies, and since then, the state-level inquiry has concentrated heavily on their activities. After that, though, hints began to emerge that prosecutors were considering a bigger effort by Trump supporters to overturn the Michigan election results, in which he lost by around 155,000 votes.

A key figure in the scheme involving the imposter electors, pro-Trump attorney Kenneth Chesebro was interrogated by investigators in December. As previously reported by HEADLINESFOREVER, investigators questioned him regarding Trump, Giuliani, and Trump campaign officials, wanting to know their role in the efforts to tamper with the results in Michigan and elsewhere.

After losing the 2020 election, Trump’s campaign planned to undermine the Electoral College in seven states.

Prosecutors in Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan have now filed charges against some of the phony electors in those states. Both the Arizona and Wisconsin investigations are ongoing. Two states’ attorneys general have decided not to press charges: New Mexico and Pennsylvania.
