Did Biden Even Sign It? White House Opens Autopen Investigation

According to senior administration sources who spoke with HeadlinesForever Digital, the White House is currently evaluating tens of thousands of papers that were given up by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in relation to former President Joe Biden’s usage of the autopen.

According to sources briefed by HeadlinesForever Digital, the probe is being spearheaded by the White House Counsel’s Office, which is reportedly collaborating with the Justice Department.

Records pertaining to Biden’s usage of the autopen, including correspondence, are the primary focus of the inquiry.

While the government is not prepared to comment on any findings just yet, a senior person informed HeadlinesForever Digital that the White House has received over 27,000 records from NARA.

Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary, told HeadlinesForever Digital on Tuesday that Joe Biden was the most terrible, inept, and elderly president in the United States’ history. “It has been widely reported that Joe Biden handed the power of the presidency to an autopen controlled by unelected leftist staffers, who were allowed to make terrible decisions that destroyed our country.”

“The Trump White House is committed to finding the answers to the many outstanding questions the American people still have about how business in the Biden White House was conducted,” according to her.

They anticipate reviewing more than one million records, according to the individual who spoke with HeadlinesForever Digital.

In response to a question about who has access to what records at NARA, the official stated that the current president has access to all papers from the previous administration.

In an effort to provide light on the former president’s health, senior administration officials informed HeadlinesForever Digital that the examination included pertinent records pertaining to Biden’s presidency and use of the autopen over a number of years.

The presence of a protocol to ensure the safe use of the autopen is being examined, according to officials.

“What did the former president direct, versus what he did not,” one official explicated. “The only time a legitimate use of the autopen should happen is if the president said he wanted something done, or if he was asked for his approval.”

One more official confirmed that this has been an administration goal all along. “The president’s signature is one of the most important signatures in the world.”

Officials wanted to know if the autopen had been used improperly. “The White House and DOJ are reviewing documents through NARA and expect to do a deep dive on hundreds of thousands more documents.”

During his time in government, Biden signed several documents using the autopen. Finally, he signed preemptive pardons for himself, his family, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and the House committee looking into the Capitol riots of January 6, 2021, as well as for members and staff of that committee. He did this using the autopen. Despite promising the American people he would not pardon anyone for months, he only did so once, for his son Hunter.

More than 1,500 people were pardoned and awarded clemency during Biden’s last weeks in office, an event that the White House hailed as the greatest single-day mercy act by a U.S. president.

One such device is an autopen, which combines the functionality of a pen with the ability to simulate a person’s signature through programming. Autopens, in contrast to digital signature scanners or stamps, can reportedly accommodate a wide range of writing instruments, from ballpoint to permanent marker.

“The question is, did Biden surrender his Article II executive authorities to unelected staffers that the American people don’t know, and to a machine that holds the same legal authority as his right hand, because he wasn’t capable of doing the job?” according to a source. “Did unelected staffers, radical staffers, use the power of this machine to radically transform America?”

The vice president recently defended his autopen usage in an interview with the New York Times, stating that he “made every decision” independently.

“We’re talking about (granting clemency to) a whole lot of people,” added Vice President Biden.

Nevertheless, according to the former president and his advisors, Biden “did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people,” as reported by the Times.

The House Oversight Committee is only one of several congressional panels looking into Biden’s health and the autopen use while he was in government.

While acknowledging their joint effort, a senior administration official emphasized that the investigations being conducted by the White House Counsel and those being conducted by Congress are entirely distinct.

The inquiry is a “massive effort,” according to officials who spoke with HeadlinesForever Digital, and they intend to conclude it “as soon as possible.”

“Lawyers are working diligently to get answers,” said one official. “It is important for the American people to know to what extent the media played a cover-up on Biden’s well-being, and which signatures were at his direction and which were at the direction of his staff.”

A member of staff was not elected, the official said, “They elected a president.”

According to sources briefed by HeadlinesForever Digital, Trump’s usage of the autopen is not associated with any activity that might be deemed official business.

Trump is only authorized to use the autopen for non-official purposes, such as birthday cards, formal communications, or commissioned records for papers that are circulated extensively.

“Nothing that would be considered official business,” a spokesperson for the White House told HeadlinesForever Digital. “Every executive order signing has been public and the president has signed these documents live and in person.”

As Biden’s mental health began to deteriorate, Trump instructed Attorney General Pam Bondi to look into the autopen use in a June memo he wrote to the DOJ.
