According to new federal court filings, Hunter Biden accuses the owner of a Delaware computer repair company who worked on a laptop of attempting to breach his privacy and wrongfully exposing his personal data for political objectives.

Biden’s lawyers also claim that John Paul Mac Isaac opposed Hunter Biden’s father, Joe Biden, running for president, and that he supplied Hunter Biden’s data to “political opponents” to help then-President Donald Trump in 2020.

“Mac Isaac planned and knew, or obviously should have known,” Hunter Biden’s lawyers stated in a court filing on Friday.

On Friday, Ronald Poliquin, a civil case lawyer representing Mac Isaac, declined to comment to HEADLINESFOREVER, stating Mac Isaac’s team was still evaluating Hunter Biden’s claims and would react in court.

According to Hunter Biden’s lawyers, Mac Isaac transferred material to others in a variety of ways, including sending a hard drive inside a plush animal to his father in New Mexico and to a lawyer who worked with Trump’s counsel Rudy Giuliani.

Giuliani, Steve Bannon, and Republican political advisers eventually gained access to some of Biden’s data, which includes “sensitive, confidential content,” according to the lawsuit.

“The unauthorised access and dissemination of Mr. Biden’s data is offensive and objectionable to Mr. Biden, and would be highly offensive and objectionable to any reasonable person because they would not expect a computer repairman to copy and disseminate the private and confidential contents of someone’s data,” Hunter Biden’s lawsuit states.

The claim was brought in response to a suit filed by Mac Isaac against Hunter Biden, HEADLINESFOREVER, and others.
A political saga that has lasted years

The years-long drama of Hunter Biden’s data has had an impact on the 2020 race, the debate over internet censorship, House GOP investigations into the Biden family, and more.

The New York Post published emails it said belonged to Hunter Biden in October 2020, making the material associated with him public for the first time.

Since then, a flood of further data has been published in Trump-friendly outlets, including sexually explicit videos of Hunter Biden with women and images of him using drugs in hotel rooms. These publications have also made public emails, financial data, and other papers pertaining to his profitable offshore business transactions in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers recognise that some of his personal material was in Mac Isaac’s custody in a court filing on Friday, but he doesn’t confess the laptop was his, nor does he indicate which records that were exchanged are his.

Hunter Biden has not claimed custody of the laptop publicly. In a 2021 interview, he stated that it may be his, “hacked,” or a Russian invention.
