A suspect has been detained in connection with the enigmatic deaths of four university students in Idaho.

The person was reportedly caught in Monroe County in northern Pennsylvania, some 2,500 miles distant.

He has been identified as Bryan Christopher Kohberger, age 28.

In the early hours of November 13 in Moscow, Idaho, Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were fatally stabbed in a case that left the small town where they lived in search of solutions.

Following an inquiry that had not yet resulted in any arrests, the development happened.

According to arrest documentation submitted by the Pennsylvania State Police, a person was being detained in connection with a criminal homicide investigation because a first-degree murder arrest warrant had been issued by the Moscow Police Department and Latah County Prosecutor’s Office.
