A MAGA victory rally, three inaugural balls, and a fireworks extravaganza are all part of the agenda that President-elect Donald Trump’s inaugural team unveiled one week before Inauguration Day.
“President Trump is dedicated to uniting the country through the strength, security, and opportunity of his America First agenda,” stated Steve Witkoff and Kelly Loeffler, co-chairs of the group, in a news statement. “The historic return to the White House and the American people’s decisive vote to Make America Great Again will be reflected in the 2025 inaugural celebrations.”
January 18th, Saturday
On Saturday, Trump National Golf Club in Virginia will host a number of events, including a presidential reception, a vice president’s dinner, a Cabinet reception, and a fireworks show.
Sunday, January 19th
On Sunday, January 19, there will be a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery’s Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Trump’s MAGA “Victory Rally” in Washington’s Capital One Arena, and a candlelight supper.
January 20th, Monday
On the morning of the inauguration, there will be a liturgy at St. John’s church, and thereafter the White House will have tea.
The ceremonial swearing-in ceremonies for Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance are set for noon, after which President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will be officially bid goodbye.
It is customary for Trump to sign nominees in the President’s Room, which is located near the Senate chamber.
The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies is hosting a luncheon after the signing chamber event. Following Trump’s inspection of the military, the presidential procession will begin its journey from the Capitol along Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House.
The press release states that following the parade and an Oval Office signing ceremony, Trump is scheduled to attend three inaugural balls: the “Commander in Chief Ball,” the “Liberty Inaugural Ball,” and the “Starlight Ball.” He is anticipated to deliver speeches at each of these events.

Tuesday morning’s National Prayer Service will be the last event of the inaugural celebration.
