There was a direct message on X from the official DOGE Veterans Affairs account to James Fishback, the anti-DEI investor who just formed FSD PAC, a super PAC to limit Musk’s political aspirations.

According to Fishback, he never even applied for a job at DOGE. Fishback came up with the “DOGE dividend check” scheme, which was accepted by both President Trump and Musk, and advised Vivek Ramaswamy on DOGE when Ramaswamy was still participating.
According to the White House official, the individual responsible for sending the message is no longer employed by the VA.
